The “Check availability” form collects your name, your e-mail address, your telephone number if you provide it, your preferred dates and length of stay, the number of rooms, the reason for your stay and your message.
This information is used only to answer your request (steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract, article 6.1.b of the GDPR). It is intended for L’Écrin Masséna only. Messages pass through the hosting provider’s form service (Netlify Forms) and are forwarded by e-mail. They are kept for the time needed to handle your request, then for no longer than twelve months after the last exchange.
