A large three-bedroom apartment above the Coulée Verte gardens, where everyone has their own room and shares the living room, the kitchen and the view. Everything is included, from housekeeping to wifi. You arrive with your suitcase. The rest is already there.

Three rooms, each for a single resident: two large ones facing south-east that share a large bathroom, and one facing north-west with its own shower room. A real bed, real storage, air conditioning, and a door that closes.

Rates

One price per room and per month, all inclusive. Two-month minimum stay. Indicative rates, quote based on your dates and length of stay.

That is about €66 a night, all inclusive: less than a hotel room, with a living room and a kitchen on top.

What people ask us most often before booking.

Who will I share the apartment with?

The apartment has three bedrooms: you share the living room, the kitchen and the view with at most two other residents, professionals on assignment or settling in Nice. Every request goes through us before it is confirmed.

Is the bathroom private?

The Green room has its own private shower room. The two larger rooms share a large bathroom, with its double vanity.

Can I work from the apartment?

Wifi is included, the larger rooms have a desk, and the apartment is reserved for professionals.

What is included in the price?

Everything: housekeeping once a week, sheets and towels laundered every two weeks, wifi, water, electricity, air conditioning, welcome and support throughout your stay, small repairs by our tradespeople. Breakfast is available on request.

Can I book the whole apartment?

Yes. The three rooms can be booked together, with a quote based on your dates.
